📦 Shipping Process
Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the area.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed for the next available delivery slot.

🚨 Important Notes🚨
🛫 Minimum Order Quantity:
For loading fruits and vegetables, airlines have a minimum quantity requirement—1,000 kg, and for some airlines, the minimum is 2,000 kg. To meet this requirement, we collect orders over 3 to 5 days. If we reach the minimum quantity within 2 or 3 days, we will book the flight and load the shipment immediately, ensuring faster delivery. However, if the minimum quantity is not met, we may need to wait an additional 1 or 2 days, which could cause a slight delay in shipment.
📦 Consolidated Shipments & Order Tracking:
To optimize our shipping process, we consolidate multiple small orders into one larger shipment. This means individual tracking numbers for each order are not currently available. However, we are working on a system that will soon provide a unique tracking number for each order, trackable directly from our website.
We understand the importance of staying informed about your shipment. After your order is processed and the shipment is loaded, we will send you regular updates via email and WhatsApp. You will also receive a notification when your shipment arrives in the destination country.
🕒 Weekly Shipments & Future Improvements:
Currently, we are working to load one shipment weekly. However, we are in the process of establishing a fixed day for loading and arrival for each country. Soon, you’ll know exactly when your order will be loaded, when it will arrive, and when it will be delivered, making the process even more predictable and convenient for you.
🚚 Delivery Upon Arrival:
Once the shipment arrives, our forwarder will ensure that each order is separately delivered to the respective clients, ensuring that your products reach you safely and on time.
