1) Bank Card Payment (Visa / Mastercard)

Customers may complete their payment online using major bank cards through our certified payment gateway.

2) Bank Transfer (For Bulk / Export Orders)

For high-volume wholesale or export orders, payment can be made via bank transfer.
Upon issuance of the Pro-Forma Invoice, the client will receive:

  • Beneficiary bank account details
  • IBAN / SWIFT code (if applicable)
  • Confirmation of payment receipt

Orders paid via bank transfer are processed only after payment is confirmed.

During checkout, please choose one of the following options:

  • “Card Payment (Visa / Mastercard)” → for instant online settlement
  • “Bank Transfer” → for large or export orders to be settled offline

Detailed instructions are sent automatically by email after the order is submitted.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once payment is received, an Order Confirmation Email will be issued.
Orders are processed promptly, and shipping schedules are communicated based on destination, courier availability and stock readiness.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eligibility
If an order is delayed or arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
